Established in 2013 by Andy, Maria and Kim. We also run AM Kreative Media formally A&M Print Ltd. which publishes The Deepings and The Villages Advertisers.
Andy and Maria have been Landlords themselves for over 20 years and have had a number of properties over this time. Kim, now a home owner has been a tenant on 3 occasions so we have perspective from both sides of the business.
We are all local to the Deepings so have extensive knowledge of the local area.
Andy worked for 30 years in telecoms and IT before becoming Managing Director of A&M Print Ltd. He was formally a long term member of Deeping St James Parish Council and now Chairman of the local business club and on The Deepings Raft Race Committee.
Maria worked for a bank for over 20 years in branches, and various Head Office departments including Visa Fraud, Training Centre and District Office and as a Branch Manager, before leaving the bank in 2001. She also ran Sparkles Cleaning Services and was Treasurer of the Deepings Business Club.
Kim is the Advertising and Administrative Manager for the Deepings and Villages Advertisers. She went to school in the Deepings and knows many of the younger local people. She helped her husband establish his own successful business in Deeping St James.
Before launching the business we all undertook a specialised lettings agency training course and are now engaged in ongoing further training.
We are able to keep our fees low as we don't have the overhead of a high street office, using instead a spare office at our AM Kreative Media Ltd premises.
We would like to think that we are known locally as being active members of the community, people you can trust and we have a friendly approach.
26 letters is not part of a national chain or a franchise (again, helping to keep our costs down). We are local and independent. Small enough to care about our Landlords properties and to help tenants find the most appropriate home within a budget they can afford.
We specialise in lettings, it is not a "sideline" of a house sales agency.
